Minimum: 23.73 per hour Maximum: 31.07 per hour
The LPN is an integral member of the patient care team. The LPN participates in the provision of health care to patients by assisting in various procedures, observing, monitoring, reporting and documenting changes in the patient's status. Assists the patients in activities of daily living and provides both patient and family education as needed. Performs other related duties as required. Administers medications to scope of practice.
Graduate of recognized LPN Program. Registered with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta. CPR certification required. Previous experience in a rural acute care facility preferred. Must have demonstrated excellent assessment, communication and interpersonal skills.
