Description and Required
- Responsible for nursing assessments, direct nursing care, case coordination and health teaching to clients in various living settings.
- Ability to prioritize and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Active CARNA registration.
- Recent clinical experience in medical, surgical and geriatric nursing an asset.
- Baccalaureate preparation preferred.
- Valid drivers license and must have access to a vehicle.
