  • Current CLPNA registration.
  • 1 year of current surgical experience preferred.
  • Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self directed and able to work within the accepted Scope of Practice for surgery.
  • Must demonstrate good organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to handle the demands of the job in a busy, acute team setting.
  • Experience with traction set-up an asset.
  • Experience with the continuum tool preferred.
  • Experience with Meditech an asset.
  • Experience with Total Joint program an asset.
